Caravan Park

Some beautiful flowers in the area

Lake Argyle Caravan and Camping Park is situated 35 km off the Victoria Highway at the end of a sealed road offering stunning Kimberley views. The Park covers an area of more than 5 hectares with 100 shady powered van sites and ample room for unpowered camping. Shaded by large hills to the west in the afternoon, the park is set in a peaceful location surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

There is an onsite restaurant and bar (open April – October) and shop with basic supplies such as bread, milk, ice, bait, gas and fuel. A range of souvenirs are available from the shop as well as cold drinks, ice creams and snacks. An Information and Tour booking centre where the friendly staff will help you with all your East Kimberley tour requirements.

It is a great place to base yourself away from the hustle and bustle of the large towns to enjoy your exploration of the East Kimberley region with easy access to great walking trails and scenic lookouts.

You can spend days here enjoying the spectacle that is Lake Argyle.

A haven for birdwatchers, many of the rarer species can be found in or close to the caravan park.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our amenity blocks and laundry facilities. BBQ’s, a camp kitchen and a restaurant provide plenty of eating options. Perfect for your Lake Argyle stay.

Other accommodation options within the Park includes: Safari Style Tent Cabins and Lake View ensuite Cabins.

The park is open all year round and due to popular demand in the busy dry season (June to August), it is advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

"If one were to paint this country in it's true colours, I doubt it would be believed. It would be said at least that the artist exaggerated greatly, for never have I seen such richness and variety of hue as in these ranges"
